I utilizes a Strength’s Based, Solution Focused, BioPsychoSocial model of practice in combination with hypnotherapy. Pain reprocessing techniques are also utilized depending on the client’s expressed needs and goals.
We spend time discussing where you’ve been, where you are now and where you’d like to be in the future.
Sending an individually tailored message directly to your subconscious can promote change, and improve one’s well being.
Although I have extensive experience working in the mental health field as a licensed social worker, I am not considered a mental health therapist. I do not diagnosis or treat specific mental illnesses. However, I do utilize Hypnotherapy to facilitate emotional growth and wellness. Since obtaining my master’s in 2003, I have worked in a wide variety of settings with diverse populations including, developmental disabilities, mental health, poverty, Autism Spectrum Disorders, medical social work, play therapy, improvization and group therapy. I have worked with all ages, but currently offer hypnotherapy sessions for ages 12 and up.
