several other ailments. After trying dozens of medications and treatments, I was
desperate for even a few daily hours of pain relief.
Then I tried hypnosis.
As a seasoned therapist I thought I knew a lot about the mind-body connection.
When a colleague of mine suggested hypnosis, I hesitantly gave it a try.
It was so successful, I jumped into learning more about the mind-body connection, and I eventually became a certified hypnotherapist.
Now I focus on helping other chronic pain warriors to re-train their brain and
decrease their pain!
So how can hypnotherapy help you?
Hypnotherapy can work faster than traditional talk therapy alone. It combines
psychotherapy and hypnosis. Hypnosis helps calm down the nervous system,
reducing the body’s “fight or flight” response and decreasing pain.
You will be taught self-hypnosis techniques to help you re-train your body’s
response to stress and anxiety. We will explore your personal goals and
incorporate them into your hypnosis sessions.
