You’re not alone

I’ve had multiple painful losses this week. My default had been to stuff that emotional pain down, which often resulted in an increase in my physical pain.

Today I’m reminded that my “default” doesn’t have to be permanent.

I’m reminded that sharing my pain, lessens it. Speaking it out loud, doesn’t make me weak. It creates space for healing, both emotionally and physically.
